  • 1. Vision Boarding

A physical/digital manifestation of your goals. It allows you to visualize what goals you want to achieve.

Vision boards are essentially visual reflection of goals/dreams for the year with pictures & words, giving clear directions for where you want to go in several areas of your life.

  • 2. Goal definition and mapping
    • Where are you? To move forward, you need to diagnose yourself; your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and resources.
    • Where you need to go? This is a direct consequence of where you are right now. If you are stranded in a desert with no water in hand, your next destination should be a river or a lake, where you can find water. So what's the destination?
    • How do you get there? There might be various paths to a given destination and each path will present its own set of challenges and will need a set of skills and capabilities to get there. Do you know what it will take you to get there? Do you have what it will take to get there?
  • 3. How to measure growth/performance

After drawing out real life plans on how to grow your business exponentially. We will teach you how to measure how well your plans and strategies are performing.

This entails measuring the actual performance of your business against the intended goals.

 

  • 4. Planner/Workbook

This is a very practical workshop, so we will be providing the planner/ workbook and writing materials needed for this session.

You only need to come with your fully charged mobile phone or tablets (android/iOS).

 

  • 5. Network/Refreshment

There will be breaks for light refreshments during the workshop. This will give you the opportunity to interact with other entrepreneurs going through similar challenges. It will be a great avenue to exchange information and solutions & create long-term relationships with other participants.
